Employment Type: Full-time

Contract: Contract of employment (PL: Umowa o Pracę)

Office Location: Giełdowa Street 1, Warsaw (near Rondo Daszyńskiego)

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Provides production support for Workday including, but not limited to, researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities such as system updates and audits; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

  • Supports interfaces between Workday and other systems. This includes internal and external targets (for example, benefits and payroll vendor integrations).

  • Supports HRIS related projects to include Workday twice-yearly releases as well as future system implementations.

  • Supports major HR initiatives such as setup for New Workday Functionality or Integrations and Mergers and Acquisitions by preparing the system through requirements documentation, data gathering, and system loads.

  • Serves as a technical 'super user' and administrator of Workday to identify best practices, assesses functionality and system requirements, and recommends process improvements as applicable.

  • Works closely with IT support teams (internal and external) to ensure adherence to Solenis policies and procedures, completion of assigned tasks, and provide guidance where applicable.

Qualifications:
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

Experience

  • 5-8 years HR Systems experience

  • 3-5 years of Workday experience

Knowledge

  • Expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, US Payroll, Canadian Payroll, Payroll Interface, Absence Management, Recruiting, Learning, beneficial but not required.

  • Expertise with Workday technology and integrations including Workday Studio, Web Services, API, Cloud Connect, PECI, PICOF, Global Payroll Connect, EIB, preferred.

  • Understanding of HR processes including understanding of HR system design, structure, and functions.

  • Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

  • SQL and XSLT experience preferred

  • Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Workday Certification in any HCM/technical area desired but not required.

Behavioral & Technical Skills

  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.

  • Strong organization/project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments/projects, timelines and to identify project interdependencies, resource needs, potential risks/pitfalls and mitigation plans. Recognized as an integrator and solution provider.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in handling information and issues that arise while staying within defined policies and practices.

  • Possess solid teamwork capabilities and when needed, scales in support of unforeseen assignments and tasks through demonstration of personal initiative.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering presentations that convey key concepts and outline recommendations to various levels of management.

  • International, global experience preferred.
