About the Role
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Proposal & Solution Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and support our global sales organization.
This role sits at the intersection of proposal management, solution engineering, and sales, helping shape how we respond to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
You will work closely with Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and cybersecurity SMEs to deliver high-quality, compelling, and technically accurate proposals.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to grow into a Sales Engineer / Presales career path within cybersecurity.
What You’ll Do
RFP & Proposal Management
Respond to RFP/RFX questions and due diligence/security questionnaires
Coordinate and manage assigned RFP/RFI/RFQ responses from kickoff to submission
Interpret client requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate SME contributions
Maintain high proposal quality, consistency, and professional formatting by using internal proposal tools (eg. Responsive) and following established proposal-writing standards (AP style, readability, tone, and consistency)
Maintain and contribute to the knowledge base, proposal repositories, and reusable response library
Prepare proposal and customer presentation materials by evaluating and updating text, visuals, and graphics, ensuring consistent messaging and polished visuals
Technical Contribution (First-Pass Support)
Draft first-pass responses to cybersecurity and technical questions using the knowledge base
Research and adapt technical content to align with customer requirements
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to refine and finalize technical responses
Continuously build knowledge of LevelBlue core solutions and services
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Delivery teams globally
Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and workflows
Help scale our proposal and presales operations.
What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and proposal tools (e.g., Responsive)
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams
Preferred (Strong Advantage)
Interest in cybersecurity, IT, or technology solutions
Experience working with RFPs, proposals, bids, and due-diligence questionnaires
Experience using proposal management platforms such as Responsive or similar tools
Experience supporting sales, presales, or technical teams
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
