The Role
As a Founding GTM Lead, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle - from strategic prospecting and pilot design to multi-BU expansion. You’ll partner closely with the founders to position Kanu AI as the trusted AI Cloud Engineer for Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process (prospect → pilot → close → expand)
- Hone ICP messaging and positioning for cloud-centric platform / infra teams
- Lead high-context technical sales cycles with CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering
- Navigate enterprise procurement and security reviews
- Partner with founders on pricing, packaging, and cloud channel co-sell strategy
- Build and coach the first GTM pod (SDR / AE / SE) as traction scales
What You Bring
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS with enterprise new-logo ownership
- Proven track record closing $200K–$1M + ACV deals
- Strong understanding of developer, infrastructure, or AI-driven products
- Process-driven operator (MEDDIC / Challenger) with crisp forecasting discipline
- Excellent communicator with technical fluency and executive presence
- Entrepreneurial and energized by building GTM from zero-to-one
Compensation
- OTE: $300K-$600K
- Relocation and visa support if applicable
