What type of breed are we looking for? 🐕
Our pack is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager BENELUX to lead and elevate the Edgard & Cooper brand across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
In this role, you’ll manage the local marketing strategy end-to-end and help shape the future of our brand in BENELUX. From building bold brand plans and leading a talented Marketing Squad to bringing standout campaigns to life across every channel, you’ll make sure our brand stays meaningful for pet parents and commercially strong in every market.
You’ll work closely with local and central teams, act as the driving force behind brand growth in the region, and turn sharp consumer understanding into impactful marketing that builds awareness, engagement and sales.

A big scoop of ownership, creativity, and commercial impact. You’ll get to:
Define and lead the annual marketing strategy for BENELUX, turning our big brand ambition into clear local plans that grow awareness, engagement and sales.
Lead, coach and grow the BENELUX marketing Squad, building a collaborative, creative and high-performing Marketing Squad.
Bring the brand to life locally through powerful 360° campaigns across ATL, digital, social, influencers, experiential and shopper.
Drive trade and shopper excellence by creating standout in-store activations, compelling category stories and strong partnerships with retail and e-commerce partners.
Own performance and results by managing the marketing budget, tracking ROI, sharing insights and continuously optimising based on data, market feedback and consumer insights.
What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹
Minimum 6 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong track record of building impactful and commercial brand strategies.
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, develop and grow a high-performing marketing pack.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to build bold campaigns across the full media mix.
Commercial and analytical mindset, with clear ownership of budgets, performance and ROI.
Purpose-driven and entrepreneurial attitude: you thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment, act with integrity, align with our values and of course love pets.
