Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: BGC, Taguig
Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units in executing HR initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role will work closely with line managers to address employee concerns, drive engagement, and support overall business objectives in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned departments
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes (evaluations, coaching, and feedback)
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring requirements and onboarding support
  • Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in HR reporting and tracking of basic metrics (attrition, attendance, etc.)
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role
  • Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services industry is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting operations, sales, or collections teams
  • Exposure to employee engagement or HR analytics
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is a plus 

Working Conditions: 
  • Work Setup: 5 days onsite per week 
  • Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
  • 5 FTE needed (The role will be assigned to North Luzon, South Luzon, Central Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)
