Then you might be our new IT System Professional at CompuGroup Medical.

About the role
As an IT System Professional, you will join our Danish support and technical team, where you will work closely with your colleagues to support our customers within:

- Providing remote support via phone, email and remote tools
- Handling technical enquiries related to our clinical systems and associated solutions
- Collaborating with colleagues in technical, support and development teams to resolve complex cases
- Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge within the team
- You should expect travel activity in connection with customer visits throughout Denmark.
Your profile
You are service-minded, technically strong, enjoy working with customers and can work independently.
Personal qualities
- Value good service and a positive attitude
- Take pride in delivering professional support
- Know how to put the user at the centre and translate technical language into everyday terms
- Enjoy direct customer contact – both verbally and in writing
- Can maintain an overview in a sometimes hectic environment with many tasks at once
- Are positive, flexible and a strong team player
- Are reliable and take responsibility for your tasks
- Are social and thrive in a smaller team with close cooperation
Professional qualifications
