Senior Associate Engineer, Equipment Production

• Assemble and test mechatronics assemblies based on standard work instructions and test procedures
• Gather measurement data independently and conduct self-verification
• Perform complex troubleshooting, debug and repair and recommend interventions to the Production Engineers
• Support continuous improvement Initiatives towards production quality / productivity improvements
• Lead team members on initiative or line activities based on supervisor’s assignment
• Assist in determining and developing work instructions on new assignments
• Support training to all Product Lines based on supervisor’s assignment
• Conduct performance testing independently
• Contribute to the documentation writeup for new measurement sets
• Provide on-the-job coaching to team members on standard workflows
 

• Technical Certificate Graduate either Nitec / Diploma with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience
• Strong technical knowledge in electro-mechanical systems and diagnostics
• Ability to analyze problems and implement correct actions
• Leadership capability for small teams
• Continuous improvement mindset
