DIRECTOR, ORACLE ERP
HYBRID | ONSITE AT JOSTENS’ MINNEAPOLIS HEADQUARTERS 3 DAYS/WEEK
ABOUT YOU:
- Partner with business leaders on technology strategy. Identify and implement solutions that align ERP, CRM, and customer engagement platforms with business goals.
- Define and lead enterprise application strategy. Establish long-term direction, policies, and roadmaps for business applications supporting digital transformation.
- Drive ERP and CRM transformation initiatives. Lead planning, development, consolidation, and upgrades across enterprise platforms.
- Oversee enterprise project execution. Lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale initiatives on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Align business and technology teams. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and engagement models for each initiative to ensure accountability and execution.
- Manage budgets and resources. Oversee departmental budgets, expenditures, and resource planning.
- Lead system integration partnerships. Manage system integrators and external partners to ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams. Coach, mentor, and manage up to 10 direct reports to drive performance and growth.
- Deliver executive-level insights. Present complex technical strategies, performance metrics, and transformation progress to executive and board-level stakeholders
- Typical/expected % of overnight travel: Up to 20%
- Education. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Enterprise IT Leadership Experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including leadership of large-scale application teams.
- ERP & CRM Expertise. Strong experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP systems), Salesforce Core, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Transformation Experience. Proven track record leading ERP modernization, consolidation, and large-scale system implementations.
- Project Management Knowledge. Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and enterprise delivery models.
- Systems Integration Experience. Experience managing system integrators and professional services partners.
- Executive Communication Skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders and boards.
- Influence & Relationship Management. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
- Analytical Capability. Experience with KPI tracking, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
