We’re looking for a Product Supply Owner (m/f/d) to join Agilent.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance for strategic product lines, translating portfolio strategy into executable supply and delivery plans, and ensuring operational excellence across a complex global manufacturing and life sciences network through cross-functional leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end supply chain execution and operational performance for assigned strategic product lines within the Business Group, ensuring achievement of service, OTIF, backlog, inventory, cost, and working capital targets
- Translate VSL portfolio strategy and demand forecasts into executable supply, delivery, and capacity plans across the end-to-end value chain, including bottleneck mitigation and continuity planning
- Lead cross-functional coordination across planning, production, quality, commercial, and supply chain functions to ensure reliable execution, adherence to supply strategy, and effective issue resolution
- Act as the single point of accountability for operational performance, proactively identifying and escalating supply, quality, capacity, and business risks, trade-offs, and financial impacts to the VSL and key stakeholders
- Drive structured root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction, network optimization, and operational efficiency programs
- Support execution of tech transfers, NPIs, product changes, and end-of-life transitions across multi-site and multi-technology manufacturing environments
- Monitor and communicate KPI performance, risk visibility, and financial transparency through dashboards, structured reporting, and stakeholder updates to support informed decision-making
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience managing global supply chains within manufacturing or life sciences environments, including multi-site and multi-technology operations
- Strong expertise in supply chain analytics, strategic planning, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and successfully drive change within matrix organizations
- Advanced business analytics capabilities, including development and use of dashboards to monitor and improve operational performance
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally, with approximately 25–50% travel required
- Fluent English required; German language skills considered an advantage
