Center Operations & Launch:
- Grand Opening Execution: Lead the pre-sale phase and grand opening events to ensure a packed house on Day 1.
- Master the Numbers: Take full ownership of KPIs and financials to ensure a healthy, growing business.
- Keep it Running: Maintain a spotless, "brand-new" center environment and seamless daily operations.
- Flex Your Schedule: Lead from the front with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.

Sales & Community Growth:
- Drive Membership: Work with your team to hit aggressive pre-sale and monthly growth goals.
- Lead the Charge: Manage the sales funnel—dialing phones, sending texts, and converting leads into founding members.
- Be the Face of Bensalem: Arrange and attend local events to make KidStrong the most talked-about name in the community.

Leadership: & Team Building
- Recruit & Train: Since this is a new opening, you will hand-select, onboard, and develop your own rockstar coaching staff.
- Foster Growth: Inspire your team to be their best selves on and off the blue floor.
- Stay Connected: Maintain high-level communication via Slack and Email with the team and HQ.

Coaching:
- Be Hands-On: Deliver our world-class curriculum and high-fives in equal measure.
- Stay Active: Actively coach 3–5 classes a week to keep your finger on the pulse of the member experience.
- Certification: Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ Training.
- Mentor & Lead: Direct supervision of your Assistant General Manager, Lead Coach, and coaching staff. You aren't just a boss; you're the person who helps them grow.
- Build Community: Act as the primary bridge between our center and our member families—you are the "glue" that keeps the KidStrong family together.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with me (the Owner/Area Developer) and the KidStrong HQ team to ensure Bensalem is the gold standard for the franchise.

Experience & Skills:
- Management Background: Previous experience in gym management, retail leadership, or a high-energy service environment.
- Coaching Instincts: Experience working with kids (ages 15 months to 11 years).
- People Guru: The ability to chat up parents and guardians with ease and authenticity.
- Tech Savvy: Practical experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media.
- Certifications: CPR Certified (or willing to obtain).
