Senior Team Leader

Reporting to the Production Manager, as a Senior Team Leader you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of skilled technicians. You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure all production requirements are met (Safety, Quality, Customer delivery, Cost, Efficiency). The candidate should exhibit both excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks, along with pragmatism and the ability to think laterally to resolve problems. The candidate should possess the ability to adhere to company controls regarding manufacturing processes while also demonstrating the capability to work independently, utilizing their own initiative and knowledge to resolve issues and foster a culture of change.
