SMT Process Specialist

As part of an elite production support team, the Process Technician provides essential support for our production shifts by actively working with operators, engineering, and others to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during build processes, ensuring effective communication with affected teams. Under the direction of the Technical Support Supervisor and, if applicable, the assigned Manufacturing Engineer, the role involves creating, reviewing, and maintaining build documentation in MES software, as well as developing and managing machine programs for production equipment. This position also implements changes based on customer feedback, operator feedback, and issue system reports. Tasks are distributed among the team members and rotated as necessary.
