Project Manager I - Commercial

The Project Manager I is responsible for overseeing the execution of all aspects of assigned high dollar-value materials only or low-complexity furnish & install commercial projects, with a focus on safety, quality assurance, schedule adherence, and profitability. The Project Manager I must display an understanding of general greenhouse environmental systems and controls to ensure design intent. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing, approving, distributing, and archiving project documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, communications, and change orders); creating and updating project schedules; reviewing and approving quotes and subcontracts; communicating project status both internally and externally; and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts.
