Key responsibilities:
Design and estimate deep technical, custom development solutions that meet customer needs with a strong hands-on experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Demo experience is a plus.
Design and develop technical artefacts, solution design documents, Functional and Non-Functional Mapping of requirements.
Scoping of Solutions, Implementation and Managed Services during presales and completing Services Success Document (services proposal to accompany RFP)
Defining a client’s operating model, business process definition and enabling client champions to own program components.
Identifying risks and creating mitigation plans by performing gap analysis.
Setting program guardrails and managing program scope and dealing with Change Requests -- scope or project management
Timeline Management, Project Planning & Tracking Program Progress by workstream
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states. Convert the business use cases to technical specifications on multiple adobe solutions.
Leading a diverse, cross-functional project team and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to your project teams and partners.
Handling the client relationships, including all client communications with the clients’ Business owners and IT leaders
Leading project scope for managed services, budget, and resource allocation to ensure a profitable, and executing managed services
Must have skills:
SFMC expertise: more than 5 years of experience in leading SFMC implementations.
Understanding of how SFMC integrates with other platforms e.g., SFDC, Salesforce CRM, CRM, others.
Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
API Integrations – SOAP, REST
Strong Communication Skills
Problem Solving and Result Orientation
Excellent in Ampscript HTML, CSS
Good to have skills:
Experience on other SF platform like SFDC, SF Personalization, architecting, design is preferred
Presales, RFPs, Experience in solutioning and winning deals on SFMC or similar platforms
Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)
Overview of CRM data and understanding of Salesforce CRM platform in general to guide client
Understanding of Lead Management, Consent Management and Customer 360-view incl. data points for personalization (segmentation, grading, classification, profiling etc.).
Segment creation in Data Cloud
Soft Skills:
Engage with client to derive requirements and consult client on best practices
Inspire and train client on the digital transformation and capabilities of the Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud eco-system.
Cooperate with client marketing managers on daily bases to support adoption
Provides constant consultations and trainings for campaign managers.
Education & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
