Roles & Responsibilities :

Perform data modelling activities including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation
Design and develop efficient data models to support scalable analytics and reporting solutions
Develop, validate, and maintain dashboards and visualization solutions using Power BI
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and actionable insights
Develop and maintain database schemas, ETL processes, and reporting structures
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics solutions
Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis
Create and maintain technical, process, and end-user documentation
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence

Qualifications & Skills

3–7 years of overall professional experience in Data Analytics / BI Development
Strong hands-on experience in SQL and T-SQL (mandatory)
Data Modelling – Knowledge of Star schema & Snowflake schema
Power BI development experience - DAX, RLS, Gateway and Administration
Exposure to SSIS, SSAS jobs involve designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses, ETL processes, and reports
Exposure to GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure & Databricks
Exposure to databases such as SQL, Oracle & data warehousing environments
Understanding of Python (good to have)
Exposure and experience in Alteryx/Knime will be added advantage
Client facing experience with good communication skills
Graduate in Engineering or computer applications/ IT discipline
