Join our team as a Sales Effectiveness Intern and be part of an exciting transformation journey. In this role, you will support the rollout of CRM solutions, contribute to sales process optimization, and help create a seamless customer experience across our global organization.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will take an active role in driving Sales Effectiveness and Customer Service initiatives, directly contributing to the success of our CRM transformation programs.

Internship Sales Effectiveness (m/f/d) / 6 – 12 months

Your tasks:

  • Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales
  • Assist in documenting Lead-to-Cash processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity handling, order processing)
  • Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation
  • Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis
  • Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and action items
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality

Your profile:

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • Structured and detail-oriented thinking
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimization and data
  • Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
