Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement equipment optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency across APAC stores.
- Review store equipment allocation and utilization to ensure alignment with sales volume and operational needs.
- Support CAPEX efficiency by identifying opportunities to optimize equipment investment and redeploy underutilized assets.
- Develop and maintain equipment standards, guidelines, and SOPs for regional operations.
- Analyze equipment performance and provide recommendations to improve productivity and reduce operational waste.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Construction teams to ensure proper equipment planning and implementation.
- Support store openings and markets with equipment planning and operational guidance.
Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience in operations management, with experience working in a global F&B or retail business. Understanding of coffee and tea or related industries and operating models a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate operational data and equipment utilization.
- Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Open to travel within the APAC region when required.
