Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement equipment optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency across APAC stores.
  • Review store equipment allocation and utilization to ensure alignment with sales volume and operational needs.
  • Support CAPEX efficiency by identifying opportunities to optimize equipment investment and redeploy underutilized assets.
  • Develop and maintain equipment standards, guidelines, and SOPs for regional operations.
  • Analyze equipment performance and provide recommendations to improve productivity and reduce operational waste.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Construction teams to ensure proper equipment planning and implementation.
  • Support store openings and markets with equipment planning and operational guidance.
Role Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in operations management, with experience working in a global F&B or retail business. Understanding of coffee and tea or related industries and operating models a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate operational data and equipment utilization.
  • Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced regional environment.
  • Open to travel within the APAC region when required.
