Glen at Hiland Meadows - Full-Time - Days
Performs a variety of painting and vinyl wallcovering duties in support of facility maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects. Responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and wallcoverings, and maintaining a high-quality finish in accordance with established standards.
Requirements:
High education or GED
Two to four years of painting and related work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting for maintenance and new construction projects.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as required.
- Install, repair, and remove vinyl wallcoverings.
- Mix and apply paints, stains, sealants, and other finishing materials.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
- Follow all applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Pay Range:
$19.20 - $25.58
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
