Provides case intake and coordination for families and/or referring multidisciplinary team members. Completes mandatory and service referrals for children and families in a timely manner. Assists in maintaining the center's case tracking system to produce statistical reports to reflect accountabilities. Responsible for coordination, scheduling and conducting of forensic interviews. Develops and maintains relationships with community and partnering agencies for resource development and coordination of victim services. Collaborates with partner agencies to define and communicate the mission of CARE House. Administers surveys to families and works closely with the Director in ensure that the policies and procedures of CARE House adhere to "best practice" standards.
Required Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or other related field is required
Experience:
• 1-2 years experience working with child welfare preferred
