Job Description
We are looking for a QA Fullstack Engineer with a strong focus on automation to ensure reliability and quality across two product areas: Hubs (mobile web experience first, gamification/games) and Fintech (web + native mobile + SDK).
This role requires ownership of test strategy and execution — from designing coverage to building and maintaining automated test suites. You will work in environments with high product complexity, including gamified user experiences and payment systems requiring strict reliability.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent quality across web and mobile platforms, while continuously improving QA infrastructure and automation practices.
Product 1: Hubs (Mobile Web)
Context
Hubs / mobile web experience first (B2C — mobile-first, B2B — desktop-first)
Experience in gamification and games
Role Responsibilities
Maintain, evolve, and expand the existing automated test suite, writing optimal and maintainable tests aligned with team standards and best practices
Write and maintain autotests (TS + Playwright)
Design coverage: levels/methods/tools
Improve QA tools and infrastructure, reduce flakiness, speed up test runs
When needed: test cases and manual testing where it is effective
Required Qualifications
QA Automation (web) 3+ years
TypeScript, Playwright
AI: confident use of AI tools for developing and maintaining autotests — from correct prompting/iterations and code review to tool-based flows (e.g., test generation from specs/logs/traces), generation of test cases/fixtures/mocks, flake stabilization (including auto-healing selectors), and failed run analysis; with an understanding of risks (hallucinations, data leaks, licensing) and mandatory result validation
Experience testing/developing for mobile web experience (mobile-first)
Understanding of gamification mechanics, gaming experience (preferred: live-ops / game loops)
Ability to design a coverage strategy
Independence and ownership: from idea → to production
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with A/B experiments, event analytics, product mechanics validation
Experience with feature flags, remote config
Product 2: Fintech (Web + iOS/Android + SDK)
Context
Fintech area (mobile-first web + native apps)
Including iOS/Android native applications and SDK
