Descripción del puesto In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for an Audience Strategist with more than 3 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission: to understand, build, and activate audiences and value segments that drive the business growth of our clients, through the analysis and integration of multiple data sources. Working between teams. Conversational English. Experience in regional projects is a plus. Responsabilidades Collaborate with BI and digital implementation teams to build growth segments and audiences for brands in LatAm. Design actionable audience matrices and manage critical activation variables: duplication, reach, frequency, and saturation across the funnel. Support the media implementation team by detecting patterns and insights that improve audience performance. Translate findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams. Cualificaciones Strong analytical skills and integration of data from multiple sources with critical thinking. Desirable knowledge in TGI, GWI, Ibope, Comscore, Epsilon, and digital platforms (Meta, Google, GA4, TikTok). Experience in consumer analysis, market research, or brand reporting connected to strategic decisions. Ability to collaborate across teams. Conversational English. Experience in regional projects is a plus.
