Clinical Assistant- Primary Care

Assists the Center by the performance of "floating" job duties. These duties may encompass such areas as reception, medical assisting and phlebotomy. The Clinical Assistant functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team, supporting medical and nursing providers in delivering safe, efficient, patient-centered care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to safety, effective communication, accurate documentation, and a commitment to quality improvement. The Clinical Assistant participates in a team-based model of care, and contributes to a culture grounded in safety, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
