We are seeking dedicated and professional Event Staff to support live events and on-site operations in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site operational support before, during, and after events

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general logistics

  • Follow event guidelines and operational procedures accurately

  • Support coordination efforts to ensure events run efficiently and on schedule

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site environments

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
