North Pointe Care Center is seeking compassionate, motivated, and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis.

💼 Position Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Status: Per Diem / As Needed
• Pay: $60–$70/hour (based on experience)
• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical and evaluation skills
