IT - Specialist, Business Intelligence Developer

Our members experience greater continuity of care, as well as the comfort of knowing they will be treated with respect by people who genuinely care about them, their families, and their communities.  Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Developer is on the Engineering team in the Information Technology department and will be primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of reports and visualizations across the ArchWell Enterprise.  This position will work closely with various business stakeholders across all departments to identify informational needs and translate those needs to the proper reporting and visualization structures. Duties/Responsibilities:  PowerBI Report development including paginated and premium  Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document reporting requirements  Work closely with the engineering team to source any required data  Develop reporting temples to achieve consistent fit and finish for all reporting outputs Provide support for existing reports Establish reporting QA processes for both metric and data accuracy Support ad-hoc requests that may not require full reporting solutions Define and execute a consistent report distribution plan to support the delivery of data, reports, and reporting suites throughout the organization In areas where automation does not yet exist, perform needed tasks for process success.  Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation relevant to the position Required Skills/Abilities:  PowerBI Report development  Report organization and visualizations SQL and general database fundamentals Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn and grow in a new and fast-paced environment Unafraid to work and communicate with colleagues across all departments and levels Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred  Hands on experience with PowerBI and SQL in work or school setting  ArchWell Health is an equal opportunity employer.
