At Valdoro Lodge in Breckenridge, CO we are looking for a Full Time Front Desk Clerk to join our team! If you enjoy helping guests and owners make memories of a lifetime by enjoying vacations, this is an extraordinary opportunity for you.

What will I be doing?

  • Greets guests and owners on arrival.
  • Check in/out guests.
  • Generates folio and collects payments.
  • Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
  • Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Other duties as assigned by your leader.

 

 

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient English language
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
  • 6 months Customer Service Experience.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Front Desk/Guest Services Agent
  • Cash/credit card transactions
  • Resort Hospitality or related industry
