Data Conversion Developer
**Job Title: Data Conversion Developer** **Terms: 1+ Year Contract** **Work Schedule: 100% onsite - Olympia, WA (local only)** ** Skills:** - 5+ years experience with SQL and Azure SQL. - 5+ years of hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or validation. - Experience performing ETL testing and validating complex data migration processes. - Ability to analyze large datasets and compare source and target data for accuracy. - Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, and data quality principles. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with data conversion or migration testing on large enterprise implementations. - Experience developing automated data validation or reconciliation scripts. - Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse or cloud-based data platforms.
