Your New Role…
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and coordination of Order to Cash (OTC) activities within a shared services environment. Ensures accurate billing, efficient collections, and effective account management across assigned customers and territories.
Acts as a key point of contact for customer accounts, supporting credit management, collections, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and compliance activities. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain process standards and drive continuous improvements.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Support the overall health of Accounts Receivable balances by following up on overdue invoices and assisting in timely cash collection, Perform account reconciliations and analyze customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies
Assist in managing billing and collection activities to ensure targets are met and ageing is maintained at an optimal level, monitor invoicing, collections, and reporting activities, and identify opportunities for process improvements
Review ageing reports and other financial data to track performance and highlight risks
Support dispute management and escalate complex issues where necessary
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth workflow execution
Contribute to process documentation (DTPs) and ensure procedures are kept up to date and followed, Support audit requests and compliance requirements as needed
Contribute to cash flow visibility by supporting forecasting inputs and reporting, Participate in regular and ad hoc calls with stakeholders to review account status, address issues, and ensure alignment on priorities
Qualifications & Experience…
BA/BS and equivalent work experience 2-3 years in Accounts Receivables field required
Experience with invoice collections and dispute management required
Advance Excel skills required and ability to learn /utilize various systems and applications, Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems would be an asset
Experience in conducting/leading meetings with customers and internal stakeholders. Take ownership in planning and actions
Strong verbal and written English language skills, any additional language can be an asset (French, Spanish, German, etc.)
