- ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
- IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
- OUTSOURCE : We support organizations at every stage of their HR and payroll outsourcing journey, helping them operate compliantly, efficiently, and at scale

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR IT Project Manager (m/f/d) who can successfully manage challenging client projects and act as a trusted partner at the management level.
YOUR MISSIONS
• Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of HR IT projects
• Leading HR system implementations and transformation projects (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or comparable solutions)
• Managing project teams, stakeholders, and external service providers
• Responsibility for budget, resources, deadlines, and quality
• Conducting workshops and coordinating with HR, IT, and business leaders
• Analyzing and optimizing HR processes
• Supporting presales activities, proposal preparation, and customer development
• Ensuring professional communication with clients and management
YOUR PROFILE
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in HR IT, HR transformation, or digitalization projects
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex software or implementation projects
• In-depth knowledge of modern HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or comparable systems)
• Experience in stakeholder management at the management and C-level
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Business-level proficiency in German and English
Preferred:
• Experience in international transformation projects or the public sector
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Delivery)
