Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay ranging from $22.00–$27.00

Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide individualized behavioral support services for pediatric clients receiving ABA therapy.
Primary duties include:
Implementing skill-building and behavior reduction programs
Following treatment protocols created by supervising BCBAs
Recording session data and documenting client progress
Supporting children in developing communication, behavioral, and social skills
Maintaining professionalism and consistency during therapy sessions
Traveling to assigned client locations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Prior ABA or mental health technician experience preferred
