Amaze ABA Therapy - Virginia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Springfield, VA, USA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders reach their full potential.
About the Role:
As a BCBA with Amaze ABA, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing ABA treatment plans for children with ASD. You will work closely with our team of experienced therapists, parents, and caregivers to achieve measurable outcomes and improve the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral therapy to children with ASD, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents and caregivers
Supervise and support therapists, including training and coaching to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, parents, and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education)
Minimum of 0 years of experience working with children with ASD, preferably in an ABA setting
Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, including assessment and treatment planning
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
