Understanding of CSS/Javascript/HTML

Additional Details:

• Fully versed in the most current development techniques, and always keeping up on what’s changing (as I mentioned, we don’t want someone reluctant to change from old techniques)
• Always planning ahead for future changes/enhancements
• Desire to always improve/optimize code – not settle for whatever is easiest
• Detail-oriented…ideally, a perfectionist. :^)
• Able to explain technical subjects in layman’s terms
• Ability to find creative solutions to problems
• Understands/embraces usability and visual design concepts
• Experience with Adobe Fireworks is best – if not, Photoshop experience is better than nothing
