Position Summary:

Provide prompt, accurate, and detail-oriented support to customers and Export Sales representatives by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships. Ensure efficient multitasking and administrative assistance while working collaboratively in a team environment using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ensure that customers are provided with prompt and accurate service
  • Enhance customers relationship with the company and making sure their needs are met
  • Support Export sales reps and their initiatives
  • Input customer orders accurately and timely
  • Answer questions and resolve problems for customers and Export sales team
  • Provide administrative/clerical support directly to our customers and our Export Sales team
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and highly organized
  • Multitask in a timely manner
  • Attention to Accuracy
  • Ability to work as a Team member working environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
