Technical Placement Manager (TPM) – Field Operations & Dealer Relations

Position Summary

The Technical Placement Manager (TPM) leads a geographically dispersed team of Technical Placement Specialists (TPSs) and Market Area Coordinators responsible for technician workforce development, dealer engagement, workforce readiness, and retention initiatives.  This dealer-facing leadership role partners with dealership leaders, regional teams, educational institutions, and workforce development organizations to strengthen technician pipelines, optimize service capacity, and drive workforce strategies that improve operational performance and long-term sustainability.
