Job Description
Responsibilities: As a component engineer, the main responsibilities include component test certification and failure analysis, this includes component selection and reliability assessment. This requires familiarity with the design and manufacturing processes of relevant components to ensure their reliable application in power electronic products. It also involves understanding the selection and certification processes, procurement management strategies, and the ability to independently conduct risk assessments of quality issues throughout their entire lifecycle.
1. Familiar with the principles, processes, and structures of semiconductor devices (SiC, GaN, Si-based devices); able to independently perform semiconductor component failure analysis. 2. Familiar with semiconductor component reliability test standards (JEDEC, IEC, and corresponding test methods), and able to independently design and conduct reliability assessments.
3. Familiar with basic power electronics topologies, and possess the ability to analyze and solve problems related to semiconductor component in engineering applications.
4. Familiar with the semiconductor material supply chain layout, industry development trends, and able to engage with suppliers early and select cost-effective devices appropriately.
5. Able to clearly pinpoint failure issues in the component selection, certification, and replacement processes related to semiconductor component throughout the product life cycle, propose corresponding solutions; promote the optimization and implementation of quality management processes.
Language Requirements: English CET-6,
proficient in reading literature and business communication.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in microelectronics, solid-state electronics, semiconductor physics, power electronics and automation, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor component R&D, manufacturing, or quality-related work; background in electronic product development and design is preferred.
3. Familiar with the use of commonly used testing instruments, such as oscilloscopes, source meters, and signal generators.
4. Experience in component R&D and application is preferred.
