GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION Follows Pixelle Specialty Solutions Reliability Roadmap in support of the plant’s strategic and production plans. Remain knowledgeable of the latest reliability technologies. Applies engineering principles in the elimination of downtime for new and existing equipment. Fosters continuous improvement and enforcement of Maintenance Engineering Best Practices. He / she ensures responsive and proactive maintenance support to all plant operating partners by helping implement sound work processes.
