- Conducting thorough needs and gap analyses in skills, audience, organization, etc.
- Developing instructionally sound, creative, and high quality-learning solutions with high impact results that leave a lasting effect
- Leveraging modern learning technologies, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to design, develop, and implement behavior change solutions.
- Managing senior leader stakeholders and aligning on vision, outcomes, and expectations
- Managing projects: delivering on time, on budget, and with unparalleled quality standards.
- Implementing organizational changes that come with large-scale transformations at Fortune 100 companies.
- Working with clients to re-tool and re-skill their people, so they support the new way of doing business.

$65 - $75 an hour
