Transition Manager

You will oversee the full lifecycle from contract signature through to steady-state operations, ensuring all operational, financial, and technical components are aligned for execution. The position requires strong governance capabilities, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage risk and dependencies in highly matrixed environments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, finance, HR, and procurement to translate contractual commitments into executable delivery plans. A key focus is ensuring operational readiness, scalability, and long-term sustainability of delivery models. You will also drive communication, change management, and stakeholder alignment across global teams.
