The Opportunity:
Join a critical enterprise transformation project supporting the MSD to Costpoint transition. This role will lead key Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities including data integrity, Purchase Order remediation, and process standardisation across multiple functions and systems. You’ll bring strong P2P and ERP expertise, drive governance outcomes, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver successful transformation outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and can be based in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane (preferred), Melbourne or Adelaide.
The successful candidate must hold a Baseline security clearance or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Lead PO data cleansing and validation activities across MSD, including closing redundant or inactive POs and correcting data anomalies
- Assess migration readiness by validating Period of Performance (POP) data and determining which POs and PO lines will transition to Costpoint
- Support data mapping and preparation activities to enable a successful ERP migration
- Define and implement standardised PO structures and develop templates to support consistent procurement practices
- Partner with Operational Units to align existing POs with agreed standards and business rules
- Support the implementation of cyber security questionnaire requirements within procurement processes
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to validate procurement data and support broader cleansing initiatives
- Assist with procurement-related security role mapping and process alignment between MSD and Costpoint
- Provide guidance and training to business users on Costpoint P2P processes and improved procurement practices
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Strong experience working within Costpoint and MSD environments
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations
- Proven capability in data cleansing, migration, and transformation activities within ERP programs
- Ability to work effectively across technical, procurement, finance, and operational stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
- Experience supporting ERP transition or system implementation projects is highly regarded
