Maintenance Technician

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on AHU, Chiller, COMPRESSOR Pumps, motors, valves, fire pumps, and CNC production machines (Milling, Turning and/or grinding). Follows diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. Troubleshoots malfunctions. • Maintain Production Equipment to promote UP time and less Downtime. • Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (MAZAK, Fanuc, Siemens and/or Heidenheim) • Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts for all machines to minimize downtime. • Execute projects assigned, with guidance, on equipment improvements, rebuilds, or basic troubleshooting. • Following manufacturer’s instructions, manuals, and diagrams, diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment problems. • Assist other Maintenance Technicians.
