Job Description
Purpose of the Job
You will drive and grow aspects of the implementation and overall support to the EMEA campaigns of a well know fashion brand. You will be responsible for the daily development and maintenance of key (creative) marketing relationships with existing client stakeholders as well as driving new business through ongoing sustainable growth. You are a go getter, working together with an enthusiastic Creative, Campaign and Client brand environment team, who spearheads the constant improvement of processes, internally and with the client.
It is your responsibility to steer and execute client campaigns; this includes managing the project planning, masterlist creation and store allocation, as well as coordinating production and logistics / installation. You are involved in the entire campaign process from beginning to end. You'll host client kick off + review meetings and support and oversee the financial and budget administration- both internal and external.
Within this role you are a central part of the team, working closely with the creative team (creative designers), creative development / innovation specialists and are a part of the wider campaign team. We are seeking a confident ‘self-starter’ with excellent English language skills, relationship building, creative flair and organizational capability. This role is diversified and dynamic and combines strategic planning as well as driving excellent project delivery for our client.
The areas of spend under influence for this Fashion Retail brand are Temporary Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Print.
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Take briefings from the client and ensure all key requirements such as specification and critical dates are captured
Working closely with the Creative Design, Development, Innovation and Campaigns team to ensure new concept projects are delivered within budget
Proactively manage timings, pushing back on clusters and internally when necessary to ensure the best possible outcome
Monitor and manage campaign and project process from beginning to end, ensuring they are delivered to specification and on time
To manage, oversee and freeze the European store masterlist file together around any new store information / window / address updates and closures
Creation of the offline / online campaign deck including store allocations and forecasts
Determine the best supply chain solution for the local campaigns and make contact with the suppliers
Take on an Ambassador's role - managing communication and work relationship including hosting clients' meetings (remote and F2F)
Coordinate bulk production and timings, closely liaising with suppliers and logistics partners
Management of final cost sheet by country + blanket POs, as well as financial process from quotation and client cost approval to invoicing
Manage the issue log form and manage / organize campaign debrief call
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Strong experience in fashion retail/marketing environments with a clear store and market perspective
Proven ability to manage multi-country retail projects in fast-paced, multinational or agency settings
Skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and prioritisation
Solid understanding of the consumer journey and translating insights into effective campaigns
Able to interpret store design, technical/CAD drawings, and data for marketing execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
Process-driven with commercial awareness, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation skills
Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in changing environments
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience building client relationships
Essential Criteria
Strong experience in fashion retail
Experience of campaign management
Highly organised and able to balance multiple campaigns simultaneously
Able to work from our Rotterdam office on a blended basis
