Core Operational Management
Check and oversee the loan application pipeline from submission to disbursement and monitor post-disbursement follow-up, ensuring full alignment with bank policies and Credit/Credit Administration Department standards.
Monitor daily operational tasks, including CIC checks, property valuations, broker commissions, after-sales services, and general administration.
Partner with designated points of contact (PICs) across respective departments to ensure seamless and smooth end-to-end operations.
Responsible for preparing, managing, and distributing all internal sales, risk, and compliance reports for the lending function.
Handle necessary administrative support, including data maintenance, filing, and general office coordination
Quality & TAT Control
Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in daily operations, ensuring the strict quality of lending documents before submission.
Monitor and enforce standard turnaround times (TAT) across all processing workflows and timelines.
Keep continuously updated on lending products, credit policies, and lending operational procedure while delivering timely refresher training to improve sales agents' documentation quality.
Team Leadership
Monitor daily workflows and delegate tasks effectively among staff members, ensuring high-quality performance and operational accuracy.
Ensure new hires acquire essential knowledge of product features, credit policies, lending operational processes, and after-sales services.
Others
Any other tasks will be assigned by the line manager, head of division and the bank management.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related fields
At least 05 years working experience in a related field/experience.
Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with related parties and maintain an excellent customer service orientation
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a morale-boosting personality to motivate and cheer up the sales team
Ability to work independently as well as to work in a team, with a strong capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (mastery of data lookup functions like VLOOKUP, conditional calculations, and Pivot Tables).
Proficient in English, with a strong ability to read guidelines, draft emails, and compile reports accurately.
