Site Coordinator

As the ASC Site Coordinator you will be you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring an efficient, friendly and professional experience. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and inquiries. You will manage patient check-in and check-out, coordinate scheduling for surgeries for assigned physicians, and maintain accurate records in compliance with center policies. You will be responsible for obtaining and documenting all medical and cardiac clearances, procedural consents, and patient health and physicals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping daily operations efficient, organized, and patient-focused.
