Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Obtain daily schedule to verify which lines need cleaning.
- Formulate cleaning chemicals in preparation of the nights cleaning.
- Clean processing equipment in three steps:
- Pre-rinse
- Foaming
- Final rinse
- Notify supervision when chemical inventory is getting low.
- Complete daily cleaning log.
- Complete sanitation log for baskets.
- Notify supervision of any damaged equipment.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment.
A. Rain pants / Jacket
- Boots
C. Protective eye shield
- Gloves
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
