- Accountable for organizing special events within the company
- Assists in the implementations of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications and/or meetings.
- Assists in the design and recommends compensation package in order to attract, reward and retain qualified, talented employees.
- Assists the Front Desk Officer when needed.
- Assists in Purchase Control Documents.
- College graduate of any Business or Human Resource 4-year course
- Advance computer skills with M.S. Office
- Have good communication skills
- Must have the ability to keep confidential information
- Male/Female
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field
- Not more than 35 years old
