Job Description
The Service & Warranty Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing all service and warranty requests related to our homes. This role involves responding to homeowner inquiries, providing information on standard procedures, and coordinating schedules for Trico Service Technicians or trade partners to resolve issues efficiently. Reporting to the Service & Warranty Manager, the Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely resolution of homeowner concerns and upholding exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
