Position Overview

Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented Associate Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to join the Finance organization reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller. This individual will play a critical role in leading the Company’s SEC reporting, technical accounting, SOX compliance, and operational accounting activities within a dynamic and rapidly evolving public biotechnology environment.

This position is ideal for a proactive CPA with deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, including candidates with a strong foundation in public accounting, audit, or accounting advisory services who are seeking broader exposure across operational and strategic accounting functions within the life sciences industry.

The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Stock Administration, Investor Relations, external auditors, and third-party advisors while supporting the Company’s continued growth, governance initiatives, and commercial readiness efforts.

The national salary range for this position is from $165,000 to $185,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock plan.
