Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Measurement & Marketing Effectiveness:

  • Serve as a campaign measurement subject matter expert for Visa clients and internal Marketing Services stakeholders.
  • Support measurement of sponsorships, partnerships, experiential activations, merchant campaigns, and integrated marketing programs.
  • Lead research methodologies such as campaign effectiveness studies, brand lift, pre/post research, exposed/control studies.
  • Define measurement objectives, KPIs, learning agendas, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks for client marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Design and manage research programs to evaluate campaign effectiveness across outcomes such as awareness, consideration, brand perceptions, message recall, engagement, intent, and other relevant business or marketing indicators.
  • Help clients understand what worked, what did not, why results occurred, and how future campaigns can be improved.
  • Develop repeatable measurement approaches, best practices, benchmarks, scorecards, or tools that strengthen measurement consistency and rigor.
  • Manage external research vendors from scoping and proposal review through execution, analysis, reporting, and final presentation.

Insight Storytelling & Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Synthesize measurement findings into clear implications, optimization opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly explain methodology, results, implications, and next steps.
  • Present findings confidently to clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Services, strategy, creative, media, sponsorships, analytics, and account teams to embed measurement thinking into client marketing recommendations.
  • Help teams design campaigns with clear objectives and measurable outcomes from the start.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
