As Manager, Total Rewards, you support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across India and the broader APAC region. You’ll ensure alignment with business strategy, internal equity, and external competitiveness while staying compliant with local regulations. The role calls for strong analytics, a global mindset, and proactive support to HRBPs and leadership with data-driven insights to shape a meaningful employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1) Compensation, Job Architecture & Bonus Plans
Conduct benchmarking using global compensation surveys.
Support salary structure design and pay range reviews across multiple countries.
Partner with HR and business leaders on job evaluations, leveling, and internal equity analysis.
Assist with annual compensation cycles (merit/bonus): system setup, data validation, analytics, and reporting.
Collaborate with global compensation to design, document, and model sales/incentive compensation plans aligned to business goals and market practice.
2) Benefits Administration
Support regional/global benefits strategy through market analysis, vendor selection, and program rollouts.
Partner with local HR on renewals and compliance with labor laws and statutory benefits.
Gather employee feedback via regional HR to ensure local market alignment.
3) Recognition & Wellbeing
Support communication, adoption, and evolution of global recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
Analyze engagement/utilization data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
4) Data Analysis & Reporting
Build dashboards and reports for compensation, benefits, and total rewards metrics.
Provide financial models and scenario analyses for business and workforce planning.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and relevant data privacy regulations.
5) Stakeholder Support
Serve as subject-matter expert for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on total rewards topics.
Develop training and communications for total rewards programs.
Collaborate across regions for alignment and consistency; deliver benefits orientations for regional teams as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
8–10 years in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits with regional or global exposure.
Hands-on experience with compensation surveys and job evaluation methodologies.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with HRIS (e.g., Dayforce, SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and project-management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to operate in a matrixed, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CBP).
Experience in multinational or fast-paced, scaling organizations.
Knowledge of compensation/benefits compliance across regions (EMEA, APAC, India).
Background in global retail or consumer goods environments.
