Job Description
- Define the strategy, goals, roadmap, and success metrics for performance and reliability.
- Partner with the central YouTube ads organization to develop and implement high-value, relevant advertising UX and ranking improvements on shorts to optimize the overall user ad journey.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring product goals to life.
- Utilize data-driven decision making to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and iterate on the product experience.
- Understand user needs translating insights into compelling product experiences.
